Very clean, polite owners and although not fancy, comfortable and well priced. A motel on the main road in town as well. Convenient.
Remember to bring a hair dryer. This is not provided. Otherwise, all was comfortable and pleasant.

Convenient location, good for a one-night stay if you're traveling through Bend. Everything in the room worked fine, nothing fancy.

Adequate facility for passing through late arrival/early departure trip. Old facility, clean and well maintained. Excellent value.

great access to downtown parks and local eateries
I appreciated the clean rooms and friendly check-in staff this vibrant area. Being just 500 meters from McKay Park and a few steps away from delicious options like Domino's Pizza made my weekend adventures even more good.

Price
Breakfast should not be advertised. Worst impression of breakfast compared to others and the offering was done in a small office entry at chek in counter..

The room was clean. The owner was very nice. WiFi and Cable TV.
This is not a fancy place, but it served our needs. We knew what to expect and it met our expectations.

It is close to where I needed to be for a seminar I attended at Old St. Francis School. I am used to my Temper-Pedic memory foam so any comments about the bed would be un-fair. I pulled off the covers and the sheets were clean and hair free.

The room was small the TV didn't work, the handles fell off the turn off and turn on.The pillows were hard, and the floor was not vacuumed for many days. So don't send anyone there to stay unless they are pigs. Not good at all......Sorry

Convenient and cozy stay
It was super close to where we wanted to go, a win. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Got to enjoy some coffee in the morning, nice. Only annoying part was that I could hear the neighbors kinda loud late at night. It was just okay.

Staff friendly, helpful, eager to please.
Room freshner plugged into electrical outlet very smelly--didn't like. Advertises homemade breakfast items--not so. Bathroom area around shower old, needs replacing.

Reasonably close to a number of sights, its but on a major road.
VERY small shower and tiny bathroom with nowhere to put anything other than a small under sink cupboard. Yes, the room has a microwave and a fridge, but does not have any glasses (other than paper cups), no plates or cutlery at all!! Very basic accommodation for the money!

Really enjoyed my really great stay on a road trip. The food was great with a lot of choice! The staff was willing to help and always courteous and welcoming. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to the amphitheater...
